Shandong Sungraf Carbons Co., LTD has more than 20 years of graphite and carbon materials producing experience. At present, Sungraf has two factories, on is located at Qingdao, Shandong Province, another is Ulanqab Fuxing Carbons Co., Ltd which was founded by three shareholders with Guangxi Guixin Steel Group Limited being the largest one. The company mainly manufactures ultra-high power (UHP) graphite electrodes and nipples with diameters of 400mm (16”), 450mm (18”), 500mm (20”), 550 mm (22”), 600mm (24”), 400mm (28”). The phase I capacity is 12,000 tons/year. As a subsidiary of Fuxing Carbons, Ulanqab with capacity of 30, 000 tons/year mainly manufactures UHP and HP graphite electrodes. The company is equipped with international advanced on-line process technology for UHP graphite electrode and adopts sophisticated equipment is extrusion, bake, impregnation, graphitization and machining, with the entire production line controlled by PLC system.
