Boom Group LLC produces energy drinks, refreshing, non-alcoholic drinks, and lemonades. In 2014, two energy drinks: Boom Fire and Boom Best were released under the Boom Brand. Boom Group LLC started producing lemonades in 2017. Today the company has three types of lemonades: Boom Tarragon, Boom Pear, and Boom Citrus.  Lemonades are bottled in 1.5 and 0.5 liters of PET bottles. In 2017, Boom Group LLC released an energy drink called INFINITE in 0.25-liter aluminum cans. In 2018 Boom Group LLC released two soft, non-alcoholic drinks: Boom Mojito and Boom Cherry in 0.45 and 0.33 liter aluminum cans.  Boom Group LLC’s factory is equipped with the latest generation machinery: German “KHS GmbH“lines, German “Kaeserer” compressors, “Eaton” and “Siemens” electricity distribution and running devices.

All products of Boom Group LLC contain Cristalco sugar. Cristalco is a №1 sugar supplier company for the French food industry. The Cristalco network serves 70 countries. For the concentrate, Boom Group uses Döhler’s concentrate. Doehler GmbH is a global, German producer company that provides technology-driven natural ingredients for the food and beverage industry. Doehler GmbH has customers in more than 130 countries which are provided with the highest quality of natural ingredients.

Boom Group LLC products have been exported to countries such as Azerbaijan, Iran, Armenia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Russia, China and etc.The enterprise of Boom Group LLC includes 3 500 square meters of industrial and 4 100 square meters of warehouse buildings.  The company has its own customs terminal, which significantly simplifies import and export procedures.

The production of energy drinks series BOOM – well-established logistics system. To optimize logistics costs and improve product quality, production is divided into stages.

Stage 1: Syrup preparation at the plant in Tbilisi

The formulation for the preparation of the syrup is unique: technologists with more than 25 years of experience in the food industry have selected the best ratio of ingredients.

Syrup is cooked to order, which allows you to avoid surplus: we supply you only fresh products!

Stage 2. Production of cans for energy drinks

Making cans comes along with the preparation of the syrup, which avoids delays in large batches. Depending on your wishes at the plants in the Rostov region, in Serbia or in Ukraine, we will manufacture customized banks.

Stage 3. Spill energy drinks

The beverage spill focuses on the new bottling line, opened in 2016. The equipment of German companies KHS and SIEMENS was installed at the plant, which allowed us:

• Automate the process. The program on the line captures and eliminates the minimum discrepancies.
• Increase productivity . 15 thousand cans per hour is not the limit, with demand, production can be increased by more than 1.5 times.
• Improve product quality . To control it, a technical laboratory has been organized at the plant.

Note! Productivity is proven in numbers: over 2017, over 8 million cans have been sold!

Information for partners

The production of energy drinks BOOM has its own logistics network with transport and distribution channels. This eliminates the failure of delivery dates, even under force majeure circumstances.

Quantity of product (BOOM WATER) in 20 and 40 ft containers      

BOOM Best is a balanced formula of vitamins and caffeine, a complete rejection of taurine, which makes the drink functional: it invigorates when the body needs it . The basis of the composition is:

• Caffeine . Safely stimulates the nervous system, because one can of beverage contains as much caffeine as 1 cup of coffee.
• Beet sugar . Excess sugar leads to drowsiness, so we reduced its content compared to other drinks.
• Vitamins of group B, niacin and pantothenic acid . Add vigor and prevent irritability.

Also added to the composition: water, carbon dioxide, citric acid, sodium citrate 3-substituted, flavorings identical to natural, preservatives (E211, E202), dye (E150D), dye riboflavin (E101).

The shelf life of the drink is 18 months.
